Which sports do you cover?
AFL and WNBA are live now. NFL launches with Week 1 in September 2026. NBA and NBL launch together in October 2026. All sports are included in a single Pro subscription.
Do you offer tips, or analytics?
Analytics, not tips. SportSphere publishes statistical model outputs - predicted lines, edge scores, and graded outcomes. Nothing on this site is a recommendation to place a wager.
How is this different from a tipster service?
Every pick is logged with a model-derived edge before games start, every result is graded against official data, and the full pick-by-pick history is public. Tipster services typically share opinions without an audit trail. We publish a track record you can verify.

How are predictions made?
A six-factor weighted model: season averages, recent-form windows, opponent strength, role and minutes, conditions, and matchup. Weights are grid-search optimised per sport on historical data before anything goes live.
What's the difference between High Conviction and Bet picks?
Picks are tiered by Edge/Volatility (E/V) - the ratio of predicted edge to historical standard deviation. High Conviction picks clear a higher E/V threshold than Bet picks, meaning the model has more statistical confidence the line is mispriced. Below the Bet threshold we publish nothing.
Why do some players show "limited sample"?
Players with thin recent data (rookies, returns from injury, low minutes) have their edges automatically damped to reflect reduced confidence. We surface this with a "limited sample" flag rather than hiding the uncertainty.
How accurate is the model?
AFL Strong-tier win rate is currently 64.2% across 192 picks (Rounds 3–11 · 2026). Every round is published before games start and graded after. Live numbers update on the track record page.

What does Pro include?
Every published pick across every sport, the full Edge/Vol score on each pick, complete track-record access, DvP rankings, player explorers, and the model simulator. One subscription unlocks all sports.
How much does it cost?
$29/month. No tiers, no upsells. New sports are added at no extra cost.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime via your Stripe customer portal. You keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Refund policy?
Pro is billed monthly with no contract. If you cancel, you simply stop being billed at the end of the period - there is nothing to refund. For issues with a charge, email support@sportspherehq.com.

When is the AFL season?
AFL home-and-away season runs roughly March to August, followed by finals in September. Picks publish each round as bookmaker lines come out (typically Thursdays).
When does WNBA start?
The 2026 WNBA season is underway. WNBA picks publish per slate alongside the WNBA schedule.
When are NBA and NBL launching?
NBA: Opening Night, October 20 2026. NBL: Round 1, October 2026. Both go live the morning of their first slate with the full feature set.
When is NFL Week 1?
September 4 2026. NFL picks publish from Week 1 onwards, after a 2024 season backtest.
